This little guy has got to be one of the happiest babies I've ever had in front of my camera!  He'd also just learned how to clap and boy was he ever proud of his new found ability!  At the end of the session his momma even asked if I was able to get any pictures without his hands in front of his face and of course I did, but hands down some of my favorites are mid clap :)

I absolutely LOVE when past clients come back for more portraits of their family and kiddos!  Its so fun to catch up and see how much every one's changed over the past year or so!  So, when this little ladies mommy sent me a message saying they were ready to schedule her 6 month session I was absolutely thrilled.  It's amazing how much little ones change in only 6 months! But one thing remains the same, she's as precious at 6 months, as she was as that cuddly newborn :)

When a sweet friend from college asked if I'd photography her precious baby girl, I was ecstatic!  Even though we live close to one another, I hadn't made it over to meet her yet and I was very ready to remedy that little problem!  From pictures I'd already seen, I knew she was gorgeous but MAN, I wasn't prepared for this beatuiful!  She is seriously one of the prettiest babies I've ever seen!

And how gorgeous is that dress!  It was her great grandmothers and is almost 100 years old!  I love, love, love heirloom dresses, especially one with such history!

I dearly love this family and was ecstatic when Rebecca asked if I would take some portraits of them!  The love they have for one another is so evident and I was so honored to capture that for them!

And seriously, could these little boys be any cuter!

I realize that no matter how much I gush over how cute these precious little ones are my opinion will probably be deemed a bit biased as they are my cousins children, but seriously...aren't they just too cute!?  I hadn't seen their newest addition until the session and I think its safe to say he'll have no probably keeping up with those sisters in the beautiful department (and yes you can call a boy beautiful until he can walk ;).  Thanks again Katie for letting me get your sweet babies in front of my camera!  Biased or not they're a gorgeous bunch!

Little Miss Mary Brooke | Mobile, AL Children Photographer

I had the absolute pleasure of doing a some what impromptu session this weekend for a friend of a friend that was in town visiting and joined us for our supper club's Easter Egg Hunt.  When we got to the brunch Mary Brooke was asleep but when she woke up she was full of smiles!  My little photographer heart went pitter patter :)  She was such a sweetie the entire session!  And her dress...SWOON!!!  At the very end she stuck her little thumb in her mouth and mom said that was her cue that it was nap time so we ended it there and they headed home.  Even though she was a little tired, I think we came away with some really cute pictures!

I can't believe these sweet babies have gone from this...

...to this in just a year!

These cuties belong to two very good friends of mine and I was thrilled when they asked if I would take the girls' 1 year pictures!  We were suppose to do family portaits as well that day but their oldest daughter (yeah, you heard that right!  They have three girls under the age of three!!!) wasn't feeling too hot so we decided to just do the babies for now.  Be on the look out for pictures of this whole family very soon though!
